From your wedding anniversary to a special birthday, I will be there for you to make your event an Enchanting Experience!
We will begin working together three months before your special event, and here is how I work:
- Initial consultation
- Contract agreement & event plan
- Support & guidance on 6 fortnightly calls including the below:
- Brainstorming plan for you to compile to fully understand your priorities for each call
- Fortnight 60-minute chat where we will go through any elements of your event that you feel the need to discuss
- Following our call, a step-by-step list will be sent to you so you have your actionable plan on hand!
- Production of event day spreadsheets
- Suppliers team leading and coordination
- One venue site visit with you to finalize your schedule
- Finalize menu tastings, dietary requirements, and numbers with your venue
- Final communications with suppliers
On the day of your event:
- Up to 12 hours on the day management
- On-site setup and supervision
- Event coordination
- Supplier team lead & guest assistance
